Description of Terms periodically used by non-paying customers:

1. 1. Pay on delivery: This term indicates that payment is not required at the time of dispatch.
   2. Pay after: This term signifies that payment is expected to be made after the product or service has been delivered or rendered.
   3. Send then I pay: This term suggests that the product or service will be sent to the customer before any payment is made.
   4. I will pay immediately: Payment will be made promptly upon time of purchase, indicating an immediate settlement of the financial obligation.

We do not give samples and we adhere to a strict payment policy to ensure smooth and secure transactions for both parties involved: namely – The Business & The Customer, and as such:

• We do not offer payment on delivery.
• We do not accept payment after delivery.
• We do not operate on a “send then I pay” basis.
• We do not operate on a “send, I will pay immediately” basis.

THE BOSSTRIBE KENYA, herein referred to as The Business, has encountered situations where we send our products, only to be blocked afterward and/or continually follow up on customers for payments. We are not in business to swindle people out of their hard-earned money. With this laid down in plain black and white, please be advised that if you are not comfortable with these terms, CEASE AND DESIST from clicking on paid ads in the future.

In accordance with our policy, products will only be dispatched once full payment has been successfully processed. This approach not only helps safeguard against any potential risks associated with delayed or non-payment but also ensures that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.

Kindly note that the business assumes no liability for payments conducted through payment methods other than the specified channel.

The Business reserves the right to amend and/or change its business terms at its sole discretion without any prior notice to anyone whatsoever.
